On 12th September, Commune presents a night of funky, jazzy, psychedelic grooves with Midnight Scran and Eclosion.

Midnight Scran are a lofi, psych rock band that draws influences from bands like Talking Heads, Can, Captain Beefheart, Stereolab, Mac DeMarco, and The Beatles. Their second album Ramen will be released September 15th 2024, following the release of their two singles; ‘Ramen’ and ‘Andrioid SK-88’, so keep an eye out!

Eclosion are a new jazz trio, specialists at weaving rich delays, driving bass lines, and intricate drum grooves to create a uniquely rich soundscape.
